2022 has got off to a strong start for us at Carbon Law Partners as we welcome two senior lawyers.

Cindi Van Graan ran her own property practice before joining the property team at Carbon. Cindi has a particular specialisation in residential conveyancing of high value properties within the Central London area and deals with all aspects of property transactions for individuals and investors.

We also welcome Brett Farrell. Brett is based in Sydney, but is also an English qualified solicitor, so will be offering legal services in England from his Sydney base. He is a highly experienced lawyer with substantial in-house experience and works across digital, media and technology law covering a multitude of business, innovation, transactional and regulatory areas.

On joining Carbon Law Partners, Cindi said: “I am highly motivated to provide the best service possible for my clients. Operating my legal practice on the Carbon platform with their approach to quality and value means I can do just this.”

Brett commented: “As dual qualified solicitor in England and New South Wales who also holds the Certified International Privacy Professional European qualification (CIPP/E), I have been looking for a way to be able to work with my network the UK. Being part of Carbon Law Partners has given me the platform to be able to do this.”
