Carbon Law Partners is continuing to grow and develop its private client team with the arrival of Peter Golding. Peter has over 30 years’ experience in advising individuals, families and charities.
We are pleased to announce Peter Golding’s arrival as another new Partner at Carbon Law Partners.
Peter joins the private client team with extensive experience in advising individuals, families and charities. He is regularly appointed as an executor on behalf of his clients and is also a trustee in a variety of situations. Peter uses his extensive expertise to support clients with powers of attorney, wills, probate, trusts and estate planning and their related property aspects. At home with the complex and very personal issues that can arise, Peter’s longstanding and often inter-generational relationships are testament to the care he takes to look after his client’s interests.
Peter commented that he was “excited to find a community of like-minded and experienced lawyers – all at Partner level – to collaborate and continue to serve his clients. I am delighted at the wide range of commercial and private client expertise at Carbon. The commitment to values, community and access to the latest technology make for a great combination for experienced lawyers.”
Michael Burne, Carbon’s CEO said “I am chuffed to welcome Peter. Our commitment to bringing together the best, senior practitioners in their chosen fields of expertise is at the core of our mission. We want to create the conditions for exceptional people to flourish and Peter’s arrival into our private client team in Bristol is testament to that. It’s also made all the sweeter because Peter was introduced to the firm by our founder Partner, Neville Catton, who has been a leading figure at the firm for nearly 9 years.”
