Nathan has over eight years experience working in residential conveyancing and has vast experience advising clients on all things property.
TELL US A BIT MORE ABOUT YOUR CAREER TO DATE IN LAW?
I began Conveyancing via an apprenticeship after a short stint in at an estate agency, and have worked up to undertaking my CLC qualification. I have worked in a few different firms, from family run, to national, and start ups!
AND YOUR CLIENTS?
My clients are based across the UK and I pride myself in maintaining relationships and working with the same clients again and again – it is very rewarding to be part of their story, whether it is a previous first time buyer moving up the ladder, or watching a first time investor grow their portfolio.
WHAT DREW YOU TOWARDS PROPERTY LAW?
I love all things property, and Conveyancing is pivotal to getting property deals through.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY ABOUT BEING A LAWYER?
Whilst undoubtedly a job that comes with risk and pressure, there is huge satisfaction in letting a client know once their deal is completed.

I’m a big nerd for anything property, but outside of work, I spend time with my family and when time permits, play very bad golf.

I take pride in having worked my way through the ranks of a profession which is seemingly unattainable from someone of my socio-economic background. I am also immensely proud of the team I have built and to share in success with them.
WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?
Good music, good company and good food (no specific order).
ANY LIFE-LONG AMBITIONS?
Lots! I plan to learn Italian, learn to play piano and to ski.

I wanted to be an actor growing up, and have been on TV for BBC Children In Need.
