Gerard Moore, Non-Executive Director at Carbon Law Partners. With extensive experience in senior leadership, operations, risk, controls and business transformation, Gerard brings valuable strategic insight and independent challenge to the Carbon board.

What do you enjoy about your role?
I enjoy helping ambitious businesses navigate growth and change. Throughout my career I’ve worked with organisations at different stages of their development, from large financial services businesses to start-ups, and I have always found it rewarding to support leaders as they make important strategic decisions.

What have been the highlights of your career to date?
I’ve had the opportunity to hold senior leadership and board-level positions across a number of high-profile organisations, including Prudential, M&G and St. James’s Place. Alongside operational, risk and people leadership roles, I’ve also worked as a consultant advising business leaders on growth strategies, transformation programmes and business start-ups. Most recently, I joined Carbon as a Non-Executive Director to support the business through its next stage of growth. Based on Carbon’s directory information, Gerard’s current role is Non-Executive Director.

How do you unwind outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, keeping active and following developments across business and industry.

Having worked across operations, risk, controls, human resources and executive leadership, I’ve experienced business from a wide range of perspectives, which helps me bring an independent and balanced view to the boardroom.
