She started work at 16 as an office junior and progressed through a series of roles including secretary, personal assistant, paralegal and, ultimately, head of department. Although she spent a short period in criminal practice, residential property quickly proved to be the right fit, and over time she developed a particular specialism in Lease Extensions.
