My practice encompasses landlord and tenant matters (residential and commercial), service charge claims, lease variations, breach of covenant matters and tribunal litigation. I regularly represent clients in proceedings before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and in the County Court, handling matters from pre-action stages through to final hearings.

I advise on strategy, conduct litigation where necessary and assist on the effective management of developments.

For Leaseholders
I help Leaseholder navigate disputes concerning service charges, administration charges, repairs, lease interpretation. I provide advice and representation on leasehold rights and understand obligations of either party contained within the leases, helping them to challenge decisions where appropriate. The objective is to move clients from uncertainty and conflict to clarity and a workable resolution.
