We are pleased to welcome Sarah Marshall as our new Family Law partner.

With a particular focus on resolving the financial aspects of divorce, Sarah has built a reputation for demystifying the divorce process and offering pragmatic solutions to her clients. Sarah also advises clients on working with an ex-partner to resolve the arrangements for their children, as well as pre and post nuptial agreements and is often instructed to assist parties implement the order, which is an often-overlooked stage.

Sarah prides herself on simplifying the seemingly complex for her clients and encouraging separating couples to use their knowledge of each other to help arrive at amicable solutions for both parties.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys keeping fit, be that swimming, a HIIT class or even Martial Arts. Sarah loves a walk with her two bulldogs and spending her holiday time in St Ives, Cornwall.
