Describe your role and general skill set…

I work in the Operations Support team. I really enjoy helping people, working on projects and problem solving. No problem is too big or too small – if you have an issue, I want to help to resolve it.

What do you enjoy about your job?

I love everything about my job. Every day is different, and I am constantly learning something new. We have a fantastic team around us, and all this adds to the pleasure of starting work each day.

What attracted you to the firm?

I had heard positive reports about the business and its people prior to joining and it sounded like the perfect company for me. There is a fantastic team culture and huge ambition for the future which is appealing.

Where do you envisage the firm in 5 years’ time?

I see the firm continuing to grow at a rapid pace, conquering each area of law and becoming one of the best names in the sector.

What was your first job, and what did you learn from it?

My first job was in a cattery and kennels when I was 13 where I learnt how to care for the animals in-between cleaning out the kennels and cat houses and dodging the spiders that lived in there.

How do you unwind outside of work?

We have a caravan, so we try to go away as often as possible for long weekends with the kids.

Where is your favourite place to visit?

My favourite place to visit is North Wales. As soon as we cross the border into Wales, I can feel myself instantly relax and it feels like home (must but the quarter Welsh in me).

What is your favourite Book, movie or TV Show?

Favourite Book: I enjoy reading autobiographies.

Favourite TV Show: It would probably be Seal Team, Sopranos and currently Clarkson’s Farm.

Favourite Films: I don’t really have a standout favourite film as I like a wide range for different reasons although the new How to Train Your Dragon is probably up there.
