Carbon Law Partners has welcomed five new Partners to the business, strengthening its expertise across corporate and commercial, private client and residential property.
Ben White, Monique Brown, Grace Lasaite, Damion Way and Naomi Augustine-Walker have joined Carbon, bringing with them established practices, specialist expertise and longstanding client relationships.
For Carbon, the priority has been supporting each Partner as they transition their practice, providing continuity for clients while providing the platform and support to help them build for the future.
Ben White is a corporate, commercial and real estate lawyer advising businesses, investors and lenders. His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, commercial leasing, real estate finance and investment property transactions.
Naomi Augustine-Walker is a private client solicitor specialising in wills, trusts, estate administration, probate and tax planning. She has extensive experience advising on complex and high-value estates and is also a qualified New York attorney and Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP).
Monique Brown is a property lawyer with more than seven years’ experience and a particular focus on new build developments, supporting developers, investors and clients across residential property matters.
Damion Way is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who began his career with a leading international law firm, working across London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. He advises SMEs, start-ups and entrepreneurs on commercial agreements, corporate structures and growth, alongside acting as outsourced Legal Counsel for a number of businesses.
Grace Lasaite is an experienced residential conveyancing specialist who has worked in the sector since 2013. Based in Yorkshire, Grace supports clients through residential property transactions and brings the added ability to work with clients across a number of different languages.
The five appointments strengthen the expertise available at Carbon and create further opportunities for Partners to collaborate across practice areas and client relationships.
