We’re delighted to share the news today of the recent appointment of Gerard Moore as a Non-Executive Director.
Gerard re-joins having been with the business during 2019 and has an extensive background in senior leadership positions across professional services.
He brings board level and senior executive experience to Carbon having worked for high profile financial services businesses such as St. James’s Place, Prudential and M&G as well as being on the board of two of the UK’s largest IFAs. He has held roles that included human resources, risk and controls and operations. He’s also worked as a consultant guiding business leaders through major initiatives, start-ups and growth strategies.
Gerard commented “Carbon is a progressive, high growth alternative to traditional law firms and I am pleased to join the board at this important moment as the business continues to make excellent progress.”
Michael Burne, Founder and CEO of Carbon, noted “As any business grows and matures there is great value in external challenge and the wider perspective that a Non-Exec can bring. I’ve known Gerard for over 20 years and his insights will be very valuable as we push on with our plans.”
Welcome Gerard – we’re looking forward to all of the challenge and perspective that you will bring to our group.
