We are delighted to welcome Gabriel Rodriguez-Cleary to Carbon as a new Partner. Bringing with him an impressive set of skills and experiences, Gabriel joins us after a successful tenure at Shoosmiths, where he spent the last seven years honing his expertise in commercial dispute resolution.

Gabriel is a specialist commercial litigator, managing complex cases across a wide array of sectors, including manufacturing, technology, and finance. His primary focus lies in contractual and shareholder disputes, with additional experience advising clients on harassment, reputation management, injunctive relief, and debt recovery.

Before venturing into law, Gabriel enjoyed a career as a professional actor, primarily working in theatre. He also took on a leadership role in a high-end events staffing company. This diverse background informs his approach to the law, allowing him to present clear legal advice and forge strong client relationships founded on transparency and effective communication.

Gabriel’s passion for law lies in the variety and challenges it presents. He is motivated by the opportunity to dive into unfamiliar territories, assess evidence, and deliver straightforward solutions. His clients value his user-friendly approach.

Outside the office, Gabriel’s love for acting, sports—particularly football and F1—and travel, particularly in nature, keeps him entertained. He is also fluent in Spanish.
